training. LOL. only 10 pple came, including joanne and yukai. b girls only gt mewleng and i. then c girls alicia, suay, amanda, xinying, jane and phoebe. liddat nia. LOL. then we did quite little footworks compared to other times. 3 sets of everything only :D then drills, and games. after training went lunch with coach and b and c girls except phoebe in sumo. bleah~

lol i shouldnt blog so much bout training. always the same things, pple lyk jeff would be bored x: bt thr's reli nth to talk abt! lol. went for dental just nw. then nw thr's this elastic band or sth tt hooks frm my top molar to the bottom molar o.o and im supposed to change tt band twice every day o.o and my super active tongue always go play with tt band. LOL. and i broke it just nw when going home frm the dental. and i tried putting a new band myself. it's difficult lah x.x imagine doing tt every day, twice summore. omg lah. x.x lol. ehh what crap. i wonder if u all understand what im talking o.o if dont understand then u come see me i show u the band easier to explain. LMAO. darn lah, im getting more crappy.
